It was easy to walk to all the sights and there was plenty to do nearby. the decor of the hotel was unique and quirky, which made for a fun and interesting stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The late breakfast time, which didn't start until 8:30 am. This made it difficult for us to have breakfast before our morning tours, which usually started at 8 am.

The air conditioner and shutters made the room nice and cool and dark for a good night's sleep. The hotel offers complimentary cold bottled water, coke, cookies, and fruit. The breakfast included small sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, pastries. The staff was very helpful with dinner reservations and answering questions about Florence. The hotel is conveniently located near a market, making shopping fun and easy.
